Thanks to the lovely Al over at Al's Food and Fitness Adventures, I have finally started a bit of a health kick and am determined to shed some serious poundage. I’ve followed her blog for a while and have been inspired by her writing, like you have I’m sure, as well as her inspirational before and after photos.
